SMS Program Terms

Program Description

By opting into LeadOps Notifications, messages may include appointment scheduling reminders, inquiry follow-up messages, general service communications, and answers to your direct questions. These messages are sent on behalf of businesses actively using the LeadOps software platform.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies by interaction. You will typically only receive messages specifically regarding your active inquiries or scheduled appointments.

Costs

There is no additional charge to use our texting service. However, Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply reply "STOP" to the shortcode or number you received a message from. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from that number.

If you wish to join again or resume communications, reply "START".

Carrier Liabilities

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent and Privacy

By providing your mobile number and explicitly opting in via a web form checkbox or keyword response, you agree to receive messages regarding your inquiry as described above.
